PHP/IOP, MENTAL HEALTH BEHAVIORAL HEALTH Partial Hospitalization Programming (PHP) offers a child the opportunity to receive effective mental health treatment in a safe environment during the day and return home in the evening. When a child is unable to cope with day-to-day life due to difficulties related to mental illness or substance use, seeing a therapist once a week may not be enough.
