1. Part time position, no more than 15 hours per week, flexible
as to what days/when as long as it includes the meetings/events below.
We will provide training and equip
you to confidently represent our agency and our products to the community and
potential leads and referral sources.
Required attendance at the following
LEADS Networking meetings for the Flower Mound and Lewisville Chambers. (FM has 1-2 per month, on Tuesdays from 8-9:30, Lewisville’s are 7:45-9am every Friday.)
Monthly Chamber luncheons for FM and Lewisville. Both are on Tuesdays – most months they are not on the same date. When they are, choose which to attend.
1-3 other chamber events per month as available – mixers, other lunches, larger events, etc. (See FM and Lewisville Chamber events calendars online to get an idea of what is available).
Develop contact and relationships
Lantana Community Association
Other possible high-value home
neighborhood associations if possible
Referral sources like realtors,
mortgage lenders, Yacht dealers, etc.
In-person, phone, and email marketing to list of businesses in our agency’s niche markets (to be reviewed with Kelly or Michael prior to proceeding, as market availability changes)
Social media marketing / posts /
content to stir engagement among existing clients, as well as possibly using
FB/IG for marketing
developing/adjusting marketing strategies over time based on where we are
seeing return and engagement, in conjunction with Kelly and Michael. This
includes tracking marketing efforts, relationships, contacts, etc. on shared
documents within the agency. Position will be reviewed for effectiveness and
profitability at 90 days, and as necessary after that.
** BONUS STRUCTURE AVAILABLE IN ADDITION TO THE $15/HOUR. WILL DISCUSS IF INTERESTED IN POSITION. **
