The Project Estimator/Customer
Service Specialist will be responsible for providing on-site project consultations
& proposals, following up on proposals with customers, communicating
project start dates to customers, present on project start dates for initial
walk-through’s with painters & customers, and required to properly assist
customers with questions and needs.
Using company provided
estimation software and training, the employee will generate onsite quotes and
provide a brief overview of the company and history. Employees can opt to participate in local
networking activities to further generate sales leads and grow their respective
territories but must actively participate once committing to these responsibilities. Compensation for these activities is adjusted
accordingly.
The Project Estimator/Customer
Service Specialist will be paid a base salary, a commission on sales, and can
earn additional bonuses for networking participation and exceeding sales goals. The company will provide a fuel card and pay
for standard vehicle maintenance (i.e. oil changes, tires) and has an optional
marketing stipend for employee vehicles with company logos. The coverage area will be Denton County and
Northern Tarrant County, with a focus in the cities of Denton, Flower Mound, Roanoke/Trophy
Club, and Southlake. The Project
Estimator/Customer Service Specialist must be available Mon – Thurs from 9:00
am – 7:00 pm and Fridays 9:00 am – 5:30 pm for on-site consultations. Saturday’s are not mandatory, they are
optional for motivated individuals. This
position is home-based, individuals are required to attend a weekly meeting and
manage their time effectively. This is a
position where you can grow with the company and move into positions of greater
responsibility and compensation.
